The Shaws grocery chain offers a wide range of food and beverages to customers across the northeastern United States. Shoppers can buy fresh fruit, vegetables, seafood and bakery goods. Other products range from boxed cereals to wine. The stores also feature pharmacies that provide prescription drugs and vaccinations.

Shaws runs more than 150 supermarkets in five states. It primarily caters to customers with average to high incomes. A company known as AB Acquisition, LLC owns this well-established chain. It also operates Star Markets, Albertsons and Jewel-Osco. Shaws has remained in business for over 155 years. The first store was located in Maine.

Rules:

• Have your recent Shaw’s Supermarkets receipt that contains an invitation for the survey.

• Be 18 years of age or older to participate.

Instructions:

• Go to www.Shawssurvey.com.

• Choose your language from the drop-down box in the top right of your screen.

• Read the short survey and click Begin Survey when ready. You can also read the sweepstakes rules from this page.

• Enter the text shown on the next page into the box provided. This is done to make sure you are a real person and to provide added security. Click Next when ready.

• Enter the code from your receipt. Click the blue hyperlink for an example to help you.

• Answer the questions thoroughly and honestly.

• Follow directions to enter the drawing at the end of the questionnaire.
